Product Marketing Manager - Carbon Ecosystems

**Location:** Johnston, Iowa, United States

**Employment Type:** Regular, Full-Time

**Education:** Bachelor's Degree

**Additional Locations:** Indianapolis, IN, US

We are seeking a Carbon and Ecosystems (CES) Product Marketing Manager to join our team and drive the growth and success of our Carbon and Ecosystems offerings. The CES Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for three key areas within our Carbon and Ecosystems Solutions: developing and executing go-to-market strategies, marketing of commercialized solutions, and business operations of commercialized programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal business stakeholders and external partners to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for CES programs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts
  • Manage partnership activities and strategic program development
  • Assist growers during peak season to help them successfully submit data and file for Carbon programs
  • Develop positioning and messaging that differentiates products and resonates with the target audience
  • Create and deliver marketing campaigns to drive new customers and program awareness
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing success
  • Assist in planning and executing product launch activities
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, or a related field
  • Experience with carbon markets, commercial sustainability programs, and digital agriculture technologies
  • 5 years of experience in product marketing strategy or industry experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovative marketing campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Welcome, Showpad, Adobe, Eloqua, or Salesforce is a plus
