Via's mission is to improve transportation and mobility worldwide. From optimizing daily commutes to reducing the ecological footprint, we have ambitious goals. Together with the Region Hannover and the Hannoversche Verkehrsbetriebe (STRA), we have been operating the sprinti, one of the most successful On-Demand Public Transit projects in Germany, with over 40,000 passengers every month. This year, we are expanding the sprinti to become one of the largest On-Demand Public Transit projects globally, covering the entire Zone C. What You Will Do

• Responsible for the smooth operation and ensuring high-quality transportation in one of the largest On-Demand Public Transit projects in Europe.
• Act as the local contact person and be involved in projects centralizing and automating processes, working towards achieving key performance indicators.
• Note: This position may also be referred to as Regional Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and operational KPIs for our On-Demand Public Transit Service, sprinti.
• Ensure revenue and quality targets are met as the operational right-hand to the General Manager.
• Lead the local field team to establish operationally stable processes and systems.
• Collaborate with central operations teams to ensure excellent service quality.
• Identify improvement opportunities from feedback received and implement them consistently.
• Drive the efficiency of our service onsite continuously.
• Play a significant role in sprinti's expansion, focusing on depot setup, charging infrastructure, driver recruitment, vehicle equipment, etc., with high autonomy.

Who You Are

• Experienced in leading teams, taking responsibility for employees, and creating development opportunities.
• Skilled at balancing the needs of different stakeholders, embodying positive leadership traits.
• Quick learner who approaches complex issues solution-oriented.
• Mission-driven towards continuous improvement, data-oriented, and enthusiastic about technical topics.
• Excited about End-to-End responsibility and actively contributing to the mobility transformation.
• Fluent in German at least C1 level and proficient in English.
• Possess a valid driver's license (Class B).

**Salary Range:** €55,000 to €65,000 per year. Final salary is based on experience, knowledge, and skills.
