Stellenbeschreibung

• Timely response to market news in the energy market
• Representing our customers to grid operators via phone and email
• First point of contact for inquiries from grid operators
• Bringing innovative approaches to our operations
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve KPIs and monthly goals
• Knowledge of market regulations and gateway administration processes is a plus

Qualifikationen

• Meticulous and quality-driven work ethic
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and think innovatively
• Proficiency in German (written and spoken)
• Position can be based in Berlin office or home office
