Job Description

The Operations Director will be responsible for all aspects of Cirata solar plant operations, including personnel safety, overseeing daily work activities, reviewing work schedules, scheduling maintenances, maintaining project availability, the training and safety of all technicians and contractors, and communicating with the management team managing all project activities and processes, and providing appropriate levels of PV Plant Operations and Maintenance management advice whenever required. This role will be responsible for ensuring that all project activities are carried out to a high standard in accordance with Shareholder Company requirements and are transparent, supported by appropriate documentation. The Operations Director will also be responsible for the coordination of a team dedicated to the implementation and improvement of Predictive and Corrective actions related to O&M works and for ensuring that all members of the Project teams comply with Shareholder and Lender requirements on O&M procedures to protect the Project Company against current and future liabilities while respecting the environment and maintaining a safe and healthy workplace.

• Management of the O&M strategy and objectives and equipment maintenance
• Plant O&M management and supervision
• Leadership and development of project company team employee engagement competence
• Monitoring O&M budget governance resourcing QA O&M planning document management activities and procedure preparation
• Reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in electrical or mechanical engineering, or equivalent qualification
• 10 years of experience as a Plant Manager/Site Supervisor working in Solar PV plants with good knowledge of the energy sector and floating solar PV projects in specific or equivalent experience
