We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Specialist to join our team at ZeroAvia. As a specialist, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our Microsoft 365 environment, including applications like SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange Online. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our systems are secure, efficient, and optimized for our team's collaboration and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange Online.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand and address their needs and requirements.
• Design and implement solutions to improve system functionality and user experience.
• Conduct regular audits and updates to ensure compliance with security and data protection policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange Online.
• Familiarity with security best practices and data protection regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Microsoft 365 certifications are a plus.
