**Job Description:** We are seeking a Marketing Technology and Analytics Specialist, or as we like to call it, a superstar, to enable our marketing team with optimal analytics and tech setups. This role is crucial in enhancing our marketing strategies through insightful analytics and optimized tech tools.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• **Initial Focus:** Ensure accurate implementation of Google Tag Manager conversion pixels and tracking across various marketing channels.
• **Ongoing Duties:** Support the marketing team by providing essential analytics and data to optimize performance and drive a culture of experimentation.
• **Reporting and Integration:** Automate comprehensive marketing reports for daily operations and collaborate on system integration with marketing partners.

**Qualifications:**

• **Mandatory:**

• Minimum of 2 years in Analytics/MarTech.

• Strong experience in setting up and managing conversion pixels across various marketing platforms.

• Expertise in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and analytics tools.

• Highly analytical mindset and robust Excel skills.

• Foundational knowledge of front-end programming, mainly JavaScript.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

• **Desired:**

• Familiarity with MySQL.

• Technical understanding of APIs.

• Experience with Webflow for creating and optimizing landing pages.

• Basic proficiency in Italian is advantageous but not required.
