Your Role

The Business Intelligence team at Formula E are seeking a dedicated Insight Executive to report into the Senior Insights Manager. As a Insight Executive, you will support the team in collecting, analysing, and reporting on data and insights, contributing to the growth goals of the business.

Key Deliverables

The Insight Executive will assist with data and research projects that generate actionable insights for our commercial team and the wider Formula E ecosystem. You will need to setup and manage sponsorship media evaluation projects and large-scale data sets by collaborating with our various suppliers. You'll play a key role in analysing data, resolving departmental challenges, and driving maximum impact for the commercial team and its ecosystem of team, partners, and prospects.

What You Will Be Doing

• Supporting the Commercial team with regular team and partner media exposure values data and market research reports.
• Collate data from across the Business Intelligence team and wider business and turn this into actionable, easy-to-understand insights.
• Managing ad-hoc partner, team, and sales requests.
• Point of contact and day-to-day responsibility for various research tools via the management of our data suppliers and agencies.
• Manage and quality check large sets of media exposure values data that is to then be distributed across the Formula E ecosystem.
• Present report results and key insights to senior members of the staff internally and within the wider FE ecosystem of teams and partners.

What We Are Looking For

Skills & Experience Requirements:

• Sponsorship Analysis: 1-3 years in a relevant field (consulting, sponsorship, or media / research agency) with strong data analysis and communication skills.
• Experience with Large Datasets: Analyse complex data sets, generating insightful reports for diverse audiences, including those without data expertise.
• Working Knowledge of Industry: Possess a working understanding of the sports, research, and media industry, with motorsport knowledge a bonus.
• Stakeholder Management: Demonstrate strong client servicing skills, effectively managing multiple conversations with teams, partners, and prospects.
• Storytelling Maestro: Captivate audiences by crafting compelling narratives through visually impactful and strategically crafted presentations.
• Strong Written & Verbal Communicator: Articulate complex information concisely and persuasively through writing and presentations.
• Ability to Self-Manage: Independently make decisions, work with autonomy, and demonstrate an ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines.
• Proficiency in Business Tools: Excel in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualisation tools.

Educational Attainment:

• Degree education not required, if candidate can demonstrate relevant experience and capability to do the role.
