Head of Product Design / UX

Job Description

As Head of Product Design, you will be in charge of improving and developing the UI and UX of the Greenly SAAS Platform. 🌱 🚀 You will be responsible for the creative vision, project management, and supervision of the members of the Design team. On top of that, you will be an active contributor & designer for Greenly's Platform. 💪 🛠️

At Greenly, product development is a collaborative effort between engineering, design, operations, and other key functions.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Head of Product Design at Greenly, you will

• Identify user needs and correlate them with business objectives
• Co-design new features in collaboration with the Design & Product team
• Ensure the proper implementation of features and products in collaboration with the tech team
• Strengthen our Design System to enable us to effectively deliver the best user experiences ✨
• Implement the tools and methodologies that you deem suitable to improve our standards Design and discovery process
• Define creative vision and design goals
• Supervise, inspire, and develop the skills of the Product Designer team 🔥
