ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Head of Operations, you will:

• Hire, build, and lead the Dance Operations team.
• Oversee all operations functions and drive standards and SOPs for e.g. local market operations, supply chain, inventory, workshops, customer service, and repair operations.
• Shape the structure and responsibilities of the Operations team working with our founders and other teams like e.g. Software, Marketing, and Finance.
• Own the P&L for our markets including cost reduction and growth optimization.
• Own the OKR setting, KPI, and Dashboard Development for Operations.
• Manage and balance central, local operations, and customer care.
• Be present in the local markets.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you have:

• 6 years of experience in operations, finance, or engineering, preferably with 3 years in growth startups or other highly innovative businesses.
• Experience with managing on-the-ground operations.
• Experience in fleet management or Warehouse operations is a big plus.
• Ability to strive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience solving complex and unsolved issues with a combination of long-term vision and short-term pragmatism.
• Hands-on and can-do attitude.
• A proven track record of managing people, building diverse organizations, and developing great talent.
• A customer-centric mindset and focus to ensure our operations team creates happy and satisfied customers every day.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and lead diverse and varied teams across multiple locations.
• A desire to change the world for the better and the motivation and drive to make it a reality.
• Are fluent in English and either French or German is preferred.
