About the Role

As the Head of Agronomy, you will play a crucial role in expanding and enhancing our offerings and collaborations with agricultural businesses. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building an internal and external team of advisors and experts in regenerative agriculture.
• Developing digital and analog advisory systems to help farmers identify suitable regenerative methods for their operations.
• Providing guidance and support to farmers transitioning to regenerative practices.
• Expanding the catalog of regenerative agricultural practices on the Klim platform.
• Collaborating closely with digital product development, monitoring, reporting, and verification teams, as well as farmer sales teams.

Qualifications

• Passion for agriculture and understanding of the challenges and needs of agricultural businesses.
• Experience in project management and leading cross-functional projects to successful outcomes.
• Ability to build and inspire multidisciplinary teams for optimal team development.
• Strong conceptual skills to develop innovative solutions for agricultural challenges.
• Resilience to thrive in a dynamic market environment and drive change actively.
• Knowledge of the latest trends in agriculture and the ability to continuously acquire and share knowledge.
