Location

Our Walnut Creek, CA office is conveniently located near public transportation (BART), ideally situated for bicycle commuters, with plenty of free parking and an abundance of eateries in the surrounding area. Hybrid schedules are available with flexibility to be fully remote from any location, visiting our California office approximately 10 days per quarter.

Position Summary

The Global Product Sales Enablement Manager will manage elements of CSI's existing and future product portfolio, focusing on Commercial Energy Storage Products. Responsibilities include driving global and regional product management and sales enablement activities, educating customers and sales teams on product details, specifications, advantages, and applications, researching market requirements, presenting proposals to internal stakeholders, preparing content for customer visits, collaborating with the marketing team for product launches, and more. Ability to travel up to 45% of the time, including international travel.

Qualifications Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business discipline required, graduate degree strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of product management experience in the energy sector or PV industry.
  • Experience working with sales and business development teams, direct sales experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of financial product calculation, product cost, and sales price definition analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage competing timelines, deliverables, and balance multiple projects effectively.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn detailed information about the product portfolio.

Compensation Benefits

Canadian Solar offers a competitive salary plus comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) Retirement Plan, medical/dental/life/disability programs, PTO, and sick days. The pay range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 annually. Canadian Solar Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
