Preparation of periodical Budget vs actual expenditure report and highlight the difference between actual expenses vs budget at appropriate time

Ensure delivery of MIS reports within defined timelines

Develop and establish system controls, procedures and other MIS reports as required time to time to help management in decision making and achieving corporate objectives.

Tracking of operational expenditure

Cost out plan and execution

Advise and application of taxability and tax burden

Control and monitoring from finance/operational excellence perspective.

New Investments: Business case justification and financial analysis.

Handling transaction advisory, tax advisory and M&A advisory.

Coordinating with the insurance management.

Handling due diligence co-ordination and evaluation of risks.

Excellent understanding in formulating budgets, mapping and implementing systems/procedures, monitoring to exercise financial control and enhancing overall efficiency of the Organisation.
