Job Description
Job Descriptions with Desired Role Technical & Managerial Competency skill.
He must be competent to handle – Detailed Planning & Methodology including resources utilization for Construction of All Components e.g. Embankments, Intakes, Pressure Tunnels, Power House, TRTs, Channels including Interface Management.
Project Execution Plan
- Proper engineering techniques, sequence at each stage project. Set duration, targets for activities and prepares estimations for timeline and costs/through following software’s.
- A) Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Access Database)
- B) 3D/2D Modelling software (AutoCAD)
- C) Project management tools – MSP and Oracle Primavera____________
Project Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitors day-to-day work progress and provide periodical reports (e.g. daily, weekly, and monthly) by swiftly communicating potential delays or project slippages. Tracking and analysing field results and continually makes comparison between planned and actual progress, report the variance and study the impact of alternative approaches included catch up plans.
- Preparation and adherence to L2/L3 construction micro programme for each component.
- Planning of Construction Materials.
- Internal Planning on resources e.g. Manpower, Plants & Machineries etc with prompt response to issues/ concerns/ idling.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly meetings including preparation of MoMs and it’s effective implementations.
Manage Stakeholder and Team Communication
- Works closely with all team members of project and coordinates the daily workload, manages communication, and provides status updates to all stakeholders.
- Must be self-motivated, extremely organized, with strong communication and Project Management skill.
- Needs be to a strong understanding of Technical Engineering principles to predict future problems and find potential solutions for Project.
- Understanding the scope of Project and create work schedules to ensure completion within the timeframe and budget allotted.
- Needs strong presenting and written skills to provide reports to clients and stakeholders as well as articulate complex Project plans to Team members on regular basis.
- Specialized computer software for engineering and project management purposes, and to produce visual presentations, using bar charts and graphs to explain work schedules
