Finance Manager For Astronergy Solar Türkiye factory

•Job Responsibilities：

1. Be in charge of the management of financial department, ensure the implementation of various management requirements from the financial headquarter, communicate with the headquarter finance.

2. Prepare monthly and yearly accounting and financial statement.

3. Organize cost analysis, assist the factory in formulating cost reduction and optimization plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of cost reduction.

4. Organize inventory analysis.

5.Organize the preparation of annual cost budgets based on annual business objectives and track implementation;

6. Effectively organize external audits, liaise with banks and tax authorities, and maintain good external communication.

7. Organize daily tax accounting, tax declaration, tax refund, annual returns, and other related jobs, effectively manage the company's tax burden, and reduce tax costs.

8. Responsible for economic analysis of investment projects and technological improvement projects.

9. Assist the Turkish company's sales team in sales-related tasks such as pricing and order acceptance.

10. Other jobs assigned from HQ.

•Qualifications：

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting related majors, more than five years experience in the same position, familiar with manufacturing processes.

2. Demonstrates strong sense of responsibility and execution, excellent communication, coordination, and stress management skills.

3. Experienced in accounting process, be familiar with Turkish accounting standards and related financial, taxation and auditing policies.

4. Skilled in Office and other office software, skilled in operating SAP.

5. Turkish natives, English can be used as working language.
