**Your tasks:**

• Management of international projects in the field of photovoltaic power plant construction
• Technical, economic, and organizational planning and control of projects, including participation in the execution of orders, considering quality, costs, and deadlines
• Assembly control and accompaniment of commissioning on-site
• Implementation of plant acceptance tests internally, externally, and with customers
• Compliance with and implementation of applicable directives and regulations
• Technical sales support
• Determine and carry out a strategy for successful project execution
• Support/Participation in Operations management when required
• Create project schedules and update feedback on progress
• Track tasks and open points in a project tool/tracker
• Record meetings in notes and/or the project tracker
• Identify risks and solutions

**Your profile:**

• Successfully completed studies in engineering sciences specializing in electrical engineering, energy management, mechanical engineering, process engineering, or an apprenticeship with further training as an electronics technician or master craftsman
• Several years of professional experience as a Project Manager in photovoltaic plant construction
• Good business management knowledge, especially in project planning, project management, project controlling
• Project scheduling, Teamwork online planning, or a similar tool (MS Projects and/or Primavera) as an alternative (proven experience or coursework)
• Contractual knowledge, professional understanding, especially of FIDIC contracting (proven experience or coursework)
• Proficiency in the use of MS Word, Excel, and Google Sheets documents (proven experience or coursework)
• Ability to work independently, personal commitment, and a high sense of responsibility
• Service orientation, ability to work in a team, resilience, and flexibility, with a communicative personality
• Strong negotiating skills along with solid entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Willingness to travel internationally within the framework of the projects
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. German knowledge and additional languages will be considered as an asset.
