Asset Manager Hungary (f/m/d)

**Your mission:**

• Regarding existing and future PV projects
• Act as the main point of contact for all investor relationship management
• Stakeholder management
• Manage contracts, obligations, and resolution of commercial topics
• Oversee O&M contractor's scope and performance
• Manage technical contracts
• Supervise and claim management of technical warranties
• Monthly reporting on main technical, financial KPIs, O&M and EPC Contract KPIs, planning, HSE summary of events, issues follow-up
• HSE management
• Manage bank accounts including setting up payments, bank reconciliations, and liquidity management
• Assist with budgeting for the Project's forthcoming financial year
• Liaise and coordinate with the financier of the Project
• Verify energy production pricing and processing of sales revenues

**Your profile:**

• Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Business law
• 2-5 years of experience in Asset or O&M management roles of PV parks in Hungary
• Fluency in Hungarian language is mandatory
• Good command of written and spoken English
• German language knowledge is an advantage
• Decent proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
