**Customer Experience Specialist NL ENG**

**What will you do:**

• You will be the first point of contact for customers with questions or concerns. This could involve issues related to the installation of their solar panels, billing, or usage.
• You will be in close contact with installers and colleagues, effectively communicating with all parties both in writing and verbally.
• Handling various requests and being solution-oriented, finding appropriate answers or solutions.
• Proficient in planning and organizing; efficient scheduling for installers adds power to the air.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and positive reviews across various channels.

**What we're looking for:**

• Bachelor's degree level of thinking.
• Fluent in Dutch or French, with good English skills.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Accurate and efficient work ethic.
• Quick adaptability to new IT environments, preferably with Office 365 knowledge.
• Knowledge of solar panels is a plus—encouraging innovative ideas.
