Contract Manager (m/w/d) - Cable Package Baltic Power

Job Description

For the OWF Baltic Power project, we are currently searching for a Contract Manager (m/f/d) - Cable Package in Warsaw (remote).

Your tasks:

• Take the lead in managing post-contract management activities for the cable packages.
• Lead the procurement requirements for the package, including assessing bids, conducting commercial assessments, and appraising suppliers.
• Ensure timely and close cooperation and communication with the package manager.
• Take responsibility for following project procurement and contract management procedures and good practice.
• Act as the lead in contract managing the package contracts, overseeing payment obligations, and monitoring supplier and employer contract obligations.
• Manage claims and variations with support from legal and package management.
• Coordinate with the finance team and insurance to ensure communication and compliance.

Your profile:

• University degree in engineering or equivalent education with cable specialization.
• Significant involvement in major projects in offshore wind showcasing broad technical knowledge in contract management related to cable packages.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for interaction with discipline managers, technical engineers, and non-engineers.
• Proficient in English; Polish would be beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF editor, and other relevant software.
• Ability to assess and communicate project requirements clearly.
• Willingness to travel to construction sites within Europe.
