Job Description
Are you interested in strategic development in the operational business environment of the wind industry? Do you enjoy complex capacity planning and actively and strategically advising the management team? Then you should definitely read on here!
Responsibilities
- Drive yearly/quarterly review capacity planning process for our region NCE, aligning supply and demand requirements from different stakeholders and sub-regions
- Be an interface to both Global and sub-regions for capacity planning
- Coordination with other business partners using and developing appropriate systems, tools and templates for the capacity planning process
- Give input to and apply operational strategy and share best practices how to meet demand with various type of resources like Vestas techs, subcontractors, overtime, Vestas employees from other regions for the SBU and sub-regions
- Evaluate and balance the capacity overview and prepare action plans for the SBU and take initiatve in rolling-out actions across the region
- Continuous identification of opportunities for improvement of process and overall governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business/economics or equivalent degree in another relevant field
- First professional experience, preferably in the field of capacity or production planning
- Experience in the wind energy sector is a plus
- Experience within process optimization, business development or project management
- Fluent in English on professional level, German desirable
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, excellent user of MS Office (especially Excel)
