Titan Solar Power is currently seeking an experienced and driven Field Supervisor to join our team.

**Responsibilities**

  • Responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day field operations of projects, including safe work practices, workforce, materials, and equipment
  • Hiring, training, and general management of all employees on the project
  • Understanding of proper safety procedures and recognition of hazards
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to oversee and ensure the assigned scope of work is completed per customer safety schedule and quality requirements
  • Plan and lay out areas of work in advance to ensure needed allocation of daily workforce, material, and equipment
  • Conduct field safety evaluations and report findings and corrective actions to management
  • Conduct and/or assist in accident investigations; coach business unit personnel on performing effective accident investigations
  • Work with local townships and municipalities around building permits
  • Identify electrical and construction roofing issues for referral to the appropriate dept
  • Assist Branch Manager and Project Managers with any scope changes and change orders
  • Set high standards for safety performance while performing the various duties
  • Keeping current with all PFAS required safety training courses and OSHA required training
  • Monitor workforce during installations and progress to ensure quality control throughout projects
  • Manage daily progress reports and weekly timesheets for project workforce
  • Track company tools and equipment and ensure they are maintained in good working order
  • Visiting job sites, picking up equipment, and deliveries when needed

**Requirements**

  • Completion of a Master Electrician license
  • 6 years in the electrical or wireman trade
  • Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment screening requirements and have a valid driver's license
  • OSHA 10/30 Highly Preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Construction and the Solar Industry required running multiple projects
  • Electrical License is Preferred
  • OSHA 30 certification Required within 90 days of employment
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to read and understand construction blueprints and schematics
  • Must have verifiable work experience and be willing to travel
  • Travel package is provided
  • Excellent organizational skills with careful attention to detail and timely follow-through
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be self-directed and capable of handling multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Able to work effectively in stressful time-sensitive environments
  • Strong computer skills (Mac, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Netsuite CRM daily logs
  • High standard of integrity and professionalism
  • Alternate sitting or standing at will
  • Crouching or bending
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable with heights
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
  • Able to travel up to 40% of the time
