Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries and technical issues related to our products. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers.
• Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer needs are met.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to the management team.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
