**Bookkeeper Asset Management OX2**

Asset Management OX2AM manages renewable energy assets on behalf of its owners and investors. This includes proactive performance monitoring, stakeholder management, operations and maintenance (O&M) provider management, and reporting on both operational and financial performance. The Bookkeeper at OX2AM will manage financial transactions, assist in preparing management accounts, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, supporting the financial health and decision-making processes of projects under management.

**Your main responsibilities:**

• **Financial Record Management:** Maintain accurate financial records of the projects under management.
• **Financial Reporting:** Prepare financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• **Budgeting and Forecasting:** Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
• **Accounts Payable and Receivable:** Oversee functions and ensure timely processing.
• **Financial Analysis:** Provide insights into financial performance and trends.
• **Audit Support:** Coordinate and support external audits.
• **New Project Integration:** Collaborate with project teams for accurate financial reporting.

**Your qualifications and experience:**

The Bookkeeper role at OX2AM requires a solid understanding of financial principles and practices, financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and proficiency in relevant software and tools. Experience with MS Office suite, advanced Excel, accounting software, Xero, and ERP systems is desirable.
