Position: Office Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, and providing administrative support to staff.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain office policies and procedures
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
• Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, room setup, and catering
• Provide administrative support to staff, such as data entry, filing, and answering phones
• Ensure the office is clean, organized, and welcoming for visitors
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High school diploma required; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
