Job Description

Rivian is seeking an Account Specialist for our 3P Service Programs. As an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for managing relationships with third-party service providers to ensure that services meet the set standards and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and strengthen partnerships with third-party service providers.
• Monitor service quality and compliance with agreed-upon standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any issues or escalations.
