Job Title: Associate Product Manager

Job Summary:

PureCycle is seeking a motivated Associate Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and management of our products throughout their lifecycle. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive product roadmap planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product requirements
• Prioritize features and create detailed product roadmaps
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions
• Work closely with developers to ensure timely and successful product releases
• Track product performance and analyze key metrics to drive product improvements
• Support product launches and communicate updates to stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field
• 2+ years of experience in product management or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with Agile development practices
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team setting
