Technical Product Manager (m/w/d) with focus on Customer Portal

Job Description:

E.ON Grid Solutions is driving the digital transformation in the energy sector, with a focus on smart grids and customer solutions. We are looking for a Technical Product Manager (m/w/d) to join our Frontoffice Solutions team. In this role, you will manage the technical development of customer portals throughout the product lifecycle. You will be part of the Solution Frontoffice team within the IT Transformation program SPACE, responsible for harmonizing the digital platform for network business in customer service and metering at the new E.ON.

Responsibilities:

• Manage technical resources in the Azure platform
• Test management and support in the release process
• Coordinate test planning, define test cases and test plans
• Act as a liaison between the team and IT

Requirements:

• Experience in IT operations and technical solution management
• Knowledge of customer portal solutions and the energy sector
• Proficiency in agile methodologies, especially in incident management
• Strong communication skills and organizational abilities
