**Job Description:** To strengthen our Frontoffice Solutions department, we are looking for a Technical Product Manager (m/w/d) with a focus on the technical development management of customer portals throughout the entire product lifecycle. In our department, we are responsible for the necessary competencies in system development management, design, release, and deployment management for all Frontoffice IT solutions of the Meter-to-Cash process, especially in the area of the customer interface across all communication channels. You will be part of the BizDevOps team CIC and will be responsible for the operation of the Customer Portal product in the Frontoffice solution.

As a Technical Product Manager, you will effectively act as a link between the team and IT. Your main areas of activity include managing technical resources on the Azure platform, test management, and support in the release process. You will be responsible for planning test cases, defining test plans and execution plans, coordinating testers, testing user stories, and more.

**Requirements:**

• Experience in IT operations and operational management of IT solutions
• Ideally, knowledge of customer portal solutions and the energy sector
• Understanding of concepts such as measured values, load profile data, visualization of measured values, and meter reading
• Solid experience in agile environments and incident management
• Familiarity with BizDevOps approach in agile development and operations environments
• Strong communication skills and organizational talents
