Data Scientist

We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting and analyzing complex data sets to uncover insights that will help drive business decisions. This role requires a strong foundation in statistics, mathematics, and programming, as well as excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret and analyze data from multiple sources to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques, and business strategies.
• Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
• Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes.
• Coordinate with different teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
• Experience with SQL databases and data visualization tools.
• Good understanding of machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
