We are currently seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, sourcing and attracting talent, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to fill open positions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process
• Source candidates using various methods
• Conduct interviews and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, and experience
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and define job requirements
• Build strong relationships with candidates and potential hires
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends in recruitment practices
• Assist in other HR-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruitment or HR role
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
