Welcome to ENGIE Belgium! Every day we work together to develop efficient energy solutions to build a carbon neutral future. For our Strategy Team in Brussels, we are currently looking for a Strategic Analyst.

**YOUR CHALLENGE as Strategic Analyst**

• Your overall mission is to study, evaluate, report, and advise on the evolution of the profit pools derived from the portfolio of customers and activities of Marketing and Sales (M&S) by conducting strategic and economic analyses under the leadership of the M&S Strategy manager.
• You collect autonomously all available information and establish analyses and summaries that will guide the strategic reflections of the M&S Management.
• You conduct analyses linked to, among others, the formulation of strategic recommendations to support the organization's vision and mission, the determination of the hypotheses of the MTP related to the entirety of the M&S activities from energy to new products and services in all customer segments, the tracking of the current and expected performance of the Marketing and Sales BU to achieve the MTP goals.
• In an Agile setting, your focus is on determining key indicators that will steer the organization through both the Budget and Agile cycles, the evolution of the drivers of the global M&S environment, demand competitors, entrants, regulation, and the rise of potential disruptors to the supplier activity, overall market structure, energy efficiency, decentralization.
• You drive the analysis in collaboration with the Teams, Squads, Chapters, and Center of Excellences at the heart of the M&S organization.
• You build a network outside M&S to liaise with other departments when necessary.
• You will rely on the capabilities of the Data team to translate the figures into relevant analyses and then into strategic recommendations influencing the trajectory of M&S.

**YOUR PROFILE as Strategic Analyst**

• University degree in an economic or scientific subject.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the sector.
• Strong analytical skills, and ability to develop scenarios and connect different concepts to form a strategic reasoning.
• Good understanding of technical concepts related to the energy transition.
• Proactive and able to reach answers, while effectively balancing bringing others along and seeking input.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders, able to deliver clear messages and synthesize complex files into clear and concise messages.
• Solid presentation skills and ability to convince senior members of M&S through the clarity of analysis.
• Driver of innovation, motivated by change, and a team worker able to collaborate with different profiles across M&S and throughout ENGIE.
• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
• Strong safety and environmental awareness, taking responsibility for health and safety.
