What are we looking for?

We are looking for a site Lead O&M. On-site technical position that has direct supervision of the Contracted O&M Provider, has knowledge of site, equipment and items impacting site performance, operating conditions, and other items to maximize value and reduce risk.

What challenges will you face?

• Participate in the daily meeting with the site team to review daily plan, inspect PPE, and ready-to-work resources.
• Work with Site team to evaluate the site conditions that may reduce production – soiling, vegetation, DC health, inverters, tracker orientation
• Use Helios with the site operator to check and correct low production string boxes.
• Inspect the quality and quantity of the executed works, according to the maintenance program.
• Report incidents and operational failures to the O&M Manager.
• Collaborate in the development of root cause analysis of incidents and operational failures.
• On-site inspections with stakeholders such as H&S, ESG or others including Security, Lender Audits, etc.
• Verify the proper implementation of corrective and preventive actions to eliminate and/or minimize risks in the plant
• Warehouse management including inventory, spare parts, warranty claims.
• Support technical training on SCADA, H&S, Equipment procedures and policies

What specific knowledge do you need?

• At least 5 years in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree – Electrical Engineering or similar
• PowerBi, Python(desirable) , SCADA (desirable), AutoCAD (desirable)
