Job Description

Redaptive is looking for a self-motivated, passionate, and collaborative Senior Tax Analyst to work closely with our growing Accounting Team based in the U.S. & India. The Senior Analyst reports to the Senior Tax Manager and will collaborate with teams across the business as well as external partners to assist will all aspects of the corporate tax function. The focus of this role will be split between U.S. tax compliance, tax provision and supporting various ad hoc tax projects as they arise. Success in this position will derive from being a phenomenal teammate, with strong analytical skills, a positive demeanor and openness to learning.### Job Responsibilities

  • Work with recruitment partners throughout the cycle
  • Work with the recruiting managers to understand the role and draft job descriptions
  • Creating job postings and putting them up on our website, and other channels
  • Manage applications coming into the recruiting inbox
  • Reaching out to several applicants large enough to guarantee a more than satisfactory hire after interviewing
  • Conducting interviews using various reliable recruitment and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Recruiting candidates that deem fit in the existing company culture
  • Recruiting candidates within a preset timeframe for continued business productivity
  • Networking with industry professionals and employment agencies who may know suitable candidates
  • Writing offer letters and participating in negotiation over salary and job duties
  • Providing analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Assisting the Onboarding team in smooth On-boarding of the selected candidate
  • Promoting company’s reputation as “best place to work”

Job Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4+ years of recruiting experience across functions including (but not limited to) technology, finance, engineering, operations etc.
  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders/hiring managers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc)
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc) Behavioral Attributes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic environment and work with a high degree of autonomy.
