Position: Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide product information and technical support to customers
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to customers
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member
• Document all customer interactions in our CRM system
• Assist with training and onboarding of new customers
