Role:

**Senior Personalreferent (m/f/d)**

• Responsible for defined teams
• Act as their central point of contact, coach, and business partner

Your Tasks:

• Partner with leaders and employees to roll out key people processes
• Consult with leaders on team development, planning, compensation benchmarking, etc.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management
• Be knowledgeable about our business

Your Profile:

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar position
• Degree in Economics, Psychology, Social Sciences, Pedagogics, or related fields
• Fluency in German and English
• Solid knowledge of German labor law
• Proactive, committed, team-oriented, and detail-oriented
• Strategic thinker with hands-on approach
• Agile mindset and passion for driving change
