**Position:**

• Part-time, minimum 15 hours per week

**Your Responsibilities:**

• Handling general administrative tasks
• Maintaining and updating employee data
• Assisting in the recruiting process
• Participating in HR projects
• Providing independent advice and information to employees on HR matters

**What You Bring:**

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or similar qualifications
• Experience in HR administration is desirable
• Strong customer service orientation and social skills
• Meticulous and structured working style with absolute discretion
• Strong team and communication skills
• Excellent MS Office skills and proficiency in German
