Reports to : Head of Project Business - Europe
Location : Remote workings or Germany based.
Position Summary
Astronergy is seeking an experienced solar product key account sales manager for Nordics regions. He/She shall lead all sales activities to drive the growth of our project business in Northern Europe, especially nordic regions. He/She will develop, maintain and grow Astronergy network of clients in the region, organize events and promote Astronergy products to increase sales revenue and market share in the utility-scale and projects segment across Northern Europe.
Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Increase network of key clients and maintain trusted relationships with customers.
- Identify, qualify, engage, secure and grow key accounts in Northern Europe.
- Actively generate leads in North Europe and maintain sales pipeline in the CRM system.
- Develop relationships among EPC, financial funder and other project side custoemrs to support the growth of our key clients and stakeholder partners.
- Implement Astronergy’s sales plan and achieve revenue targets.
- Team-up closely with technical and marketing teams to support client needs and grow revenue.
- Develop GTM strategy for North Europe and realistic sales targets in collaboration with the Head of Project Business Europe.
- Manage the entire sales process from customer acquisition until delivery and payments.
- Monitor the market – gain the ability to make reliable forecasts.
- Represent regularly Astronergy at trade fairs and conferences.
- Organize with marketing team campaigns and events in North Europe.
- Organize with technical team roadshows, webinars, conferences and customer trainings.
Qualification Requirements:
· At least 3 years of work experience in PV industry.
· Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.
· Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence peers and interact with the rest of the team.
· Solid experience with MS Office and CRM.
· Excellent analytical, listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Fluent in English, any other north-european language will be considered an advantage.
· Results oriented and customer oriented with a hunting attitude.
· Willingness to travel frequently (50% of the time or more).
