Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Director of Capital Markets to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our capital markets activities to support our growth and investment initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to raise capital for renewable energy projects
• Build and maintain relationships with investors and financial institutions
• Analyze market trends and provide insights to support decision-making
• Collaborate with internal teams to structure and negotiate financial transactions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in capital markets or investment banking
• Strong understanding of renewable energy industry trends and financial instruments
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of successfully closing financial transactions
