Scrum Master

Join us as a Scrum Master where you will be responsible for removing impediments, coaching team members on Agile methodologies, managing timelines, communicating and aligning activities, and resolving problems. You will apply Scrum to produce high-quality work in our teams, facilitate and support all Scrum events, and motivate, guide, and energize team members to create a productive environment where they take ownership of the product and enjoy working on it. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of six to nine talented specialists in an Agile Release Train setup.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, Release Train Engineer, and Product Owner.
  • Guide and coach on applying Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products and services.
  • Facilitate the Scrum processes across teams, stay aligned with other Scrum Masters, and balance capacity.
  • Mitigate risks, establish a clear overview of team deliveries and progress, and keep the team on track to meet goals.
  • Respond proactively to team issues, motivate and coach the team for high performance, and ensure a healthy group dynamic.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master with an innovative and Agile mindset.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to address sensitive matters, and foster a healthy work culture.
  • Proficiency in Agile practices, refinement, estimation, retrospection, and team-building techniques.
  • Excellent facilitation, negotiation, coaching, relationship-building, and situational leadership skills.
