**Your Responsibilities:**

• Develop and maintain Treasury policies continuously
• Act as the main contact for overall risk management, including risk assessment and evaluation
• Structure equity and debt financing for subsidiary companies both locally and internationally
• Create and implement financing strategies at the corporate level
• Coordinate payment transactions with banking institutions in collaboration with the accounting team
• Establish and maintain relationships with financial partners, banks, and service providers
• Manage loan and equity processes, including documentation and cross-departmental coordination

**Your Profile:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in international Treasury, ideally in Renewable Energy or Corporate Banking
• Expertise in selecting financing partners, contract negotiation, and market analysis
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, interest rates, and relevant laws and regulations
• Familiarity with payment systems, account management, and legal aspects of finance
• Skills in budgeting and financial planning tools such as Navision
