Your Responsibilities:

• As a Recruiter with a focus on Active Sourcing, you will have responsibility for your area from day one, including service and maintenance.
• You will be responsible for direct communication through various channels, initial screening calls, and conducting qualified pre-selection of suitable profiles.
• Support the recruiting team in building an Active Sourcing strategy in collaboration with our departments.
• Provide insights on selecting appropriate tools and channels.
• Continuously optimize and develop suitable search strategies for service technicians and other operational roles at ENERTRAG.

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial training with a focus on HR or a successfully completed Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Business Administration.
• Previous experience in recruiting is ideal.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Structured and independent work ethic.
• Passion for fossil-free energy generation.
