Plant Controller - Finance

You’ll be working with the Finance team as the bridge between Corporate Finance and the Factory.

This team runs on coffee, reports, audits, excel sheets, business plans, and an

infectious passion for building financial partnerships with a large set of direct and indirect

stakeholders.

What you will do:

As the Plant Controller and Finance Head, at Exponent Energy, you will own all Finance related matters, processes, and outcomes at the Plant and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities:

• Establish Baselines: Work with accounting, control, and supply chain teams to build
• Optimize Working Capital: Work with suppliers, internal supply chain teams, and external financiers to optimize the working capital needs and expenses of Exponent
• Own Financial Metrics: Drive decisions across the org by owning, tracking, and driving improvements in key Plant, Inventory and supply chain-driven metrics
• Drive Value Chain Improvements: Work with business and supply chain teams to optimize the final landed price of Exponent’s products
• Build Strategic Relationships: Enable Exponent’s scale by engaging with key/strategic
• Partners to build and execute manufacturing/supply capacity business plans the right processes for Exponent’s supply chain

The ideal candidate requires:

• CA Qualification
• 5-7 years of experience in Plant, Factory, Supply Chain Finance, specifically manufacturing plants
• Experience in planning, financing, Inventory management, Costing, and executing Capital Expenditures for Manufacturing
