Job Description
Reporting to: Global Head of Performance Marketing
Location: Madrid
As a Performance marketing manager, you will play a key role in executing the performance marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in Italy and Spain. This role also involves tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics and optimizing to meet conversion KPIs.
You will collaborate closely with the local country teams as well as central marketing teams for having the best in class campaigns, with a high focus on efficiency and growth – across all relevant paid media channels, including but not limited to: Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and YouTube
Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership and development of the overall paid media strategy and day to day implementation of campaigns across: Paid search and Paid Social.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance across various platforms to balance various KPIs, such as CPA, volume, and ROI.
- Reviewing performance with wider teams to ensure learnings are shared and new techniques are being trialled
- Performance forecasting and analysis: Make data-informed decisions to enhance performance marketing strategies.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with local and central marketing teams to maintain consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Liaise with local country teams on central global campaigns and country-specific plans, including sharing best practices, strategies and customer insights
- Test & learn: Continuously test new creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to meet and surpass target KPIs.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian, Spanish and English (knowledge of additional languages would be a bonus but not essential).
- At least 2 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns with a proven track record of enhancing ROAS.
- Strong knowledge and experience with digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive valuable insights for data-driven decision-making. Experience using Looker visualisation tools
- Obsessed with optimisation - you live and breathe campaign performance data and know exactly what levers to pull when optimising a campaign against specific KPIs
- Desire to stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
