General Information:

Jacobs Clean Energy France, SAS, a subsidiary of the Jacobs Group, leverages its experience and expertise in the design, operation, and maintenance of nuclear facilities to meet the needs of its clients. Jacobs France supports its clients throughout the life cycle of a nuclear installation, from support to construction or licensing, to decommissioning, through support for operational plants, modifications, extending the lifespan, and enhancing safety levels. With two strategically located offices in Aix-en-Provence and Paris, its employees are high-level engineers and executives. Its rapid growth allows it to currently represent approximately 150 employees.

Job Description:

As part of the company's growth and the expansion of existing activities, you will hold the position of Project Control Officer. You will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of projects by analyzing costs, revenues, risks, and invoicing. Your mission is to work alongside project managers in executing large projects in the nuclear sector in France and abroad. Your main tasks will focus on:

• Contributing to monthly closings
• Preparing budget replanning
• Identifying and alerting project managers of deviations in project performance
• Updating landing forecasts
• Risk and opportunity valuation
• Setting up and structuring project WBS
• Supporting project managers in maintaining or improving margins
• Preparing budget replanning and invoicing forecasting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement)
• At least 3 years of experience in project management or controlling
• Proficiency in Oracle, MS Project, and MS Office
• Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Organizational and writing skills
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 CECRL level)
