Responsibilities

• Incident handling on firewall products (e.g., Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet)
• Change implementation related to firewall platforms
• Vulnerability and audit task resolution related to security products
• Life cycle management of security products in production environment
• Streamlining firewall configurations for compliance
• Supporting security foundation products for production environment
• Being part of technical contact shift or guard duty

Requirements

• Experience in operating network security
• Proficiency in operating and deploying next-generation firewalls (preferably Palo Alto)
• Expertise in supporting software-defined network platforms (such as Cisco ACI, SDA, ISE, SD-WAN)
• General knowledge of creating network documentation in Microsoft Visio
• Excellent communication skills in English
