Reports to- Head of Asset Management

Location- Swindon

Contract Type- Permanent

Working hours- 40 hours – occasional weekend rota

ROLE OVERVIEW

Join GRIDSERVE as a monitoring analyst. Monitoring of all assets to ensure they are performing, raising of tickets with suppliers and analyse errors/events issues to ensure the assets are exceeding expectations in line with contractual obligations. As key part of Operate division this role will support a range of projects including solar and battery storage, EV Forecourts and EV Hubs.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

· Monitor the performance of all GRIDSERVE assets, including Solar Hybrid sites, EV Forecourts and EV Hubs across the UK, by using the respective SCADA platforms

· Process large quantities of raw data received remotely from SCADA systems (and/or similar) and collect their findings into meaningful information on the condition and performance of sites

· Ensure PV, BESS, and EV Hubs plants performance is always optimized

· Provide deep analysis of “tickets” with Planners and Performance engineers

· Provide support to the regional team so that in time, can act as day-to-day contact for queries relating to data and reporting queries for the Data and Reporting team

· Support continued development and consolidation of our SCADA systems, including onboarding of new assets when acquired

· Ensuring “tickets” are raised and tracked with suppliers

· Manage and maintain data within the CRM System (Dynamics 365), which will include asset information, resources and capabilities, work order and service task

· Liaising with key stakeholders including Finance, Construction and Project Delivery, as well as external Contractors, to ensure the data is captured on the CRM system

· Supporting the management of the Document Folder Structure on the internal data environment

· Generate daily and weekly reports, ensuring KPIs are considered

· Provide flexible cover throughout 7 days a week on a shift basis therefore weekend, early and late hours will be required

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Required Experience

· Previous experience in a similar level role within Asset Management or Operations and Maintenance division

· Experience in the tracking, analysis, resolution, and reporting of issues

Required Skills and Abilities

· Knowledge of Solar PV, Battery Storage or Electric Vehicle Charging, desirable

· Good attention to detail and able to organize multiple activities

· Working knowledge of tracking, analysis, resolution, and reporting of issues

· Ability to compile clear and concise performance reports for clients and stakeholders

· Effective communicator and collaborator with ability to work well in a team

· Excellent attention to detail

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Advance level of MS Office package in particular Excel

· The ability to achieve tight deadlines, prioritizing workloads
