• Participation in the further development, automation, and digitalization of processes.
• Collaboration with stakeholders to implement quality and efficiency improvements.
• Analysis of cross-functional processes.
• Development and coordination of measures for error prevention, avoidance, and resolution.
• Participation in the design of projects and workshops for continuous process improvement.
• Conducting training sessions and creating related materials.

**Desired Background:**

• Completed commercial vocational training.
• Proactive team player with strong analytical, solution-oriented thinking.
• Drive for advancing initiatives and prioritizing tasks independently.
• Experience in the energy industry is advantageous.
