About the Role

The MBA Intern will support our operations and growth teams by working directly with team leads on key strategic projects. The goal of the internship is to establish a set of financial modeling tools that will enable CREW to make strategic decisions about our partnerships. This position will take place over the summer (May to end of August), but timing is flexible. We are looking for an entrepreneurial operator who is willing to roll up their sleeves and jump into all aspects of our climate tech startup. Location is flexible but preference may be given to candidates who are able to locate on the East Coast.

Responsibilities

• **Key Responsibilities**
• Create specific business models for key strategic partners to support structuring partner agreements
• Create bottoms-up ROI and pricing models that will help CREW select optimal deployment sites for our technology
• Research, develop, and integrate financial incentives for different partner types to inform CREW business model
• Support strategy development for new partnerships
• **Additional Projects**
• Support general partnership initiatives including but not limited to researching prospective wastewater partners and building partner presentations

Requirements

• **Required Qualifications**
• 1st Year MBA Candidate or comparable graduate degree
• Experience with financial modeling
• Experience with sales partnership outreach and/or development
• Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be part of a high-performing team
• Ideal candidate has a startup mindset where adaptability, creativity, agility, and execution are key
• Strong desire to fight climate change
• **Bonus Qualifications**
• Experience working in a startup
• Experience with businesses that have a hardware, chemical, or infrastructure component including experience with permitting

Compensation

The compensation for this position will range between $26-$36 per hour and will depend on many factors including experience, education, and expertise. Pay range may change and be modified in the future.
