THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel who is driven to make a positive impact. Together with our General Legal Counsel Daan van Eek you will be responsible for managing all the legal aspects of our growing business. You will provide accurate, relevant and timely advice on a variety of legal topics related to our business, our products and our services. This includes drafting, supervising and negotiating commercial contracts. Next to this you will identify potential litigation risks and manage our litigation strategy. And you will also promote legal, compliance and risk management best practices throughout the company, through formal and informal training.

THIS IS YOU:

• Master’s degree in Dutch law. Additional Master’s in foreign law is a plus;
• 7+ years work experience as in-house lawyer or attorney;
• Proven track record in one of commercial, financial, corporate, administrative law and up-to-date working knowledge of other areas, such as real estate and intellectual property;
• Experience in drafting and negotiating financial transactional documentation;
• Able to work independently, with close attention to detail;
• Excellent command of English and Dutch (Spanish would be an asset);
• Available to work at least 4 days a week.
