**About the Job**

We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Compensation Manager to join our Global People and Culture team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. The role involves directing the ongoing review and development of the UK Compensation Strategy to achieve and support business objectives. Responsibilities include designing and implementing the UK policy for salary and cash bonus awards, supporting HRBPs and UK business managers on compensation, conducting analysis for decision making, and maximizing visibility of effective reward strategies.

**About you**

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in compensation management, ideally within a large global or utility sector organization. They should have a track record of delivering design and implementation of reward strategies, practical knowledge of job analysis, and external benchmarking.
