Imagine a future where you'll lead and help build a team responsible for our global web portfolio. Join us in this role where you'll be part of the greater Global Marketing department and be responsible for enabling efficient and effective development, optimization, and operations of our global web portfolio, securing our websites are best in class. Your role owns and is responsible for managing our 60 websites, ensuring consistency, brand content alignment, and an enhanced user journey. Welcome to Digital Enablement MarTech.

You'll be leading the Global Web Portfolio team where you, together with your colleagues, will work and lead a team of four web specialists and advisors based in Poland and Denmark. Your team's day-to-day tasks consist of project management, continuous improvement, and optimization of all sites, UX research, testing, training, and governance. Together, you'll build new sites and landing pages, maintain and optimize web performance, and foster a global web community. Your team will be in close alignment with Product Owners in Agile Delivery on the development of new functionality in a Scaled Agile set-up.

Responsibilities

• Setting the strategic direction and ensuring continuity of web operations
• Securing successful implementation and steer of major web initiatives
• Gathering input from regions and markets to understand needs and qualify the future of our web portfolio
• Securing good relationship with relevant global key stakeholders and website owners
• Fulfilling the role as a people leader, being responsible for the development of team members
• Continuously dialogue about prioritization, capacity, and wellbeing

Requirements

• Competent and talented leader with potential for further growth
• Strong teamwork and team spirit
• Accomplished in stakeholder management
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
• Deep understanding of digital web infrastructure, UX, IA, and user journeys
• Experience in leading and driving a web portfolio
• Curious and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices within web management and development
• Fluent in English both written and oral
